Tierra´s chef creates wonderful meals using healthy, fresh ingredients of the area, such as quinoa, Andean potatoes and fresh herbs. We source the best beef and Chilean lamb, the freshest fish and seafood, the best of the seasonal fruits and vegetables, including from our own garden. Chile is a great country for food with its long Pacific Ocean coast and its many excellent climatic zones for agriculture.
Our menus feature traditional Chilean and Andean dishes, which tend to be light and healthy. We also offer vegetarian dishes, as well as international cuisine. There will always be options for each of the three courses so you can pick the dish that best fits your taste.
A typical starter would be a traditional Chilean crab filled pastry or a grilled pear salad with camembert and caramelized walnuts. This would be followed by a choice of tender ostrich filet with cabernet sauce and a side of thyme and sage fettuccini or grilled salmon with tomato gnocchi and a light pesto sauce. Vegetarians could opt for a delicious lasagne or a sesame rice noodle and vegetable dish. For dessert, a traditional southern crumb kutchen with cabernet sauvignon ice cream or a light fruit salad.

Please enjoy our wine menu which is carefully selected to allow guests to taste the best wines of Chile, both little known vintages and the well-known Chilean labels. If you are new to Chilean wine, you might want to try a carmenere which is a grape that became extinct in France, but which grows well in Chile. Similar to merlot, the Chilean carmeneres are easy on the palate. Other wines available include a selection of Chilean chardonnays, sauvignon blancs, merlots and cabernet sauvignons, as well as pinot noir and syrahs. We particularly recommend choosing your wine to match the dish of your choice with the help of our staff.
At the bar we serve a full range of cocktails from the traditional to the modern, not forgetting the Chilean national drink – the Pisco Sour and artisan beers from local breweries.
